Rejuvenate: Yoga + Massage [Lewiston]

Experience the harmonious fusion of restorative yoga and massage. You will be guided into a variety of supported yoga postures, and while you relax into the poses and receive gentle hand, foot, back and neck massage from a member of our massage team. This unique combination offers a chance for profound relaxation, comfort, and rejuvenation. No prior experience with yoga or massage is necessary.
