Oral Health at Every Stage [Dempsey Connects]

Overview
Oral health plays an important role in your overall well-being before, during, and after cancer treatment. Join us for this informative one-hour workshop to learn how to protect your oral health, manage common treatment-related side effects, and feel empowered to advocate for your care every step of the way. Together, we’ll cover oral health basics, the importance of pre-treatment dental screenings and clearance, strategies for navigating common oral health challenges during treatment, and tips for maintaining a healthy mouth throughout survivorship.
Open to adult Dempsey Center clients.
Led by members of the Maine State Oral Health Program.
