Honoring Choice: Legacy Work [Dempsey Connects]

October 30 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

Overview

What does it mean to be remembered—and how do we live that out now?
This educational session introduces the concept of legacy work for people living with cancer and care partners. Participants will learn how legacy can take many forms—including stories, relationships, values, and everyday actions—and how it can support meaning, connection, and coping across different stages of illness.
The program offers practical, accessible ways to think about and approach legacy, with an emphasis on choice, flexibility, and personal pace. No experience or preparation is needed.
