Palliative care and hospice are two important forms of care that individuals and families may encounter while navigating serious illness. Although both are common, they are often misunderstood. Join us for an informative discussion exploring the differences between palliative care and hospice, when each may be appropriate, how to access these services, and what you can expect along the way.
